About Hatem Soliman

Hatem was admitted to the Egyptian bar in 1993 and has been admitted to the Egyptian Court of Cassation (supreme court) since 2013. He has 24 years of extensive legal experience, of which the last 16 as partner with a leading US based international firm. Prior to practicing law, Hatem served with the Cabinet of the President of Egypt.

Over the years, he acted for and advised numerous multinational companies, financial institutions in Egypt and in major financial centers on local and international capital market transactions, local and cross border transactions, joint ventures, mergers & acquisitions, securities and derivatives regulatory advice, offshore structures (business vehicles, funds, and trusts), as well as local and international disputes.
